Energy Reduction
in Condominiums |

The largest energy users in high rise condominiums are the motors driving the building's condenser cooling system.
By converting your constant pressure/constant flow system to a constant pressure/variable flow system, you maintain proper water flow to the buildings heat pump units only when the compressors are actually running.
To create variable flow we install actuated ball valves connected to the individual compressor.
Similar energy reductions may be realized on other large pumps and fans - even if you already have existing energy reduction technology in place (two speed motors, etc.).
The larger the motors, the faster the payback!
